- Definitions
- Service Provider: Land of Detailing provides car detailing and related services such as car coating for vehicles and Paint Protection Films.
- Client: The individual or entity availing of our detailing services.
- Vehicle: Any car or vehicle presented by the client for detailing services.
- Service Agreement
Our included services are not only limited to exterior and interior detailing, paint protection, waxing, polishing, and ceramic coating. The service provider will ensure to take care of the client’s vehicle but cannot assure a complete removal of all stains, scratches, or damages incurred prior to the service. All services are based on pre-approved service packages selected by the client.
- Booking & Appointment
- All services must be booked through our website or by phone.
- Appointments are subject to availability. We recommend booking appointments at least 24 hours in advance to avoid delays.
- Clients are expected to provide accurate information during booking.
- The service provider reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Payment Terms
- At the time of service, payment can be made by using various payment methods for instances, cash, a card, or an online payment channel.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to clients before their appointment.
- To guarantee the reservation, a non-refundable deposit can be needed for any packages or special services.
- Service Cancellations and Refund Policy
- Client-Initiated Cancellation: For receiving a complete refund or reschedule, clients must give us at least 12 hours' notice prior to the appointment. 50% fee will be charged for the cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to the appointment.
- Provider-Initiated Cancellation: At time of unexpected circumstances, we reserve the right to reschedule the appointment without charging any penalty from our customers. We'll inform clients as soon as we can.
- Once the services are delivered, refunds are not available/applicable.
- Liability & Insurance
- Despite the fact of taking every reasonable precaution, Land of Detailing is not responsible for any pre-existing vehicle damage.
- It is the clients' responsibility to ensure that their personal items are taken out of their cars. As any lost or broken personal items are not the responsibility of Land of Detailing.
- We are insured to cover accidental damage caused by our employees/staff. Nevertheless, we are not liable for any damages that result from negligence or prior conditions of the vehicle.
- Use of Materials
- We use industry-standard products for detailing services, including eco-friendly options when possible.
- Clients may make requests particular products, but the service provider has the authority to approve or deny these requests based on the suitability.
- Customer Conduct
- Clients are expected to show respect for our employees and property. Services will be terminated immediately for any sort of inappropriate behavior, harassment, or abuse.
- We retain the right to deny service at any time.
- Force Majeure
Land of Detailing will not be responsible for delays or failures in service at times of any unforeseen/ unexpected events i.e beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or power outages.
- Intellectual Property
Land of Detailing owns the intellectual property for all of the information on this website, including logos, pictures, and descriptions. It is prohibited to use such content without permission.
- Modifications
- We have the authority to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
- Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
- Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Indian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Delhi, India.

- Any disputes regarding services rendered must be raised within 48 hours of completion of the service. Any prospective claims could be forfeited if this isn't done.
